Refund & Return Policy

At Red Apple Bathware, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our Refund and Return Policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Return Eligibility
Products may be eligible for return under the following conditions:
- Item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect
- Return request is raised within 7 days of delivery
- Product is unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging with all accessories and invoice
Products that show signs of use, damage caused after delivery, or missing original packaging may not qualify for return.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are generally not eligible for return:
- Installed or used bathware products
- Customized or special-order products
- Clearance or final sale items
- Products damaged due to improper handling or installation
3. Damaged or Wrong Product
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Order details
- Photos or videos of the product and packaging
- Description of the issue
Our team will review the request and provide a suitable resolution.
4. Refund Policy
Refunds will be processed only after returned products are inspected and approved.
Approved refunds may be issued:
- To the original payment method, or
- Through another mutually agreed method
Refund processing may take 7–10 business days depending on banking or payment gateway timelines.
5. Return Shipping
- If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or wrong product received from our side, return shipping may be arranged or covered by us.
- For other approved returns, shipping charges may be borne by the customer.
6. Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch. Once the product has been shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
